Marketing Activation Executive – Campaigns & Supplier Marketing

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Activation Executive to bring supplier-funded campaigns to life across our depots, retail stores, digital platforms, and print channels.

In this role, you’ll be the engine behind campaign delivery — coordinating activity from brief to launch, ensuring everything is executed flawlessly, on time, and on brand. You’ll act as the central link between suppliers, the Trading team, and Marketing, making sure each campaign lands with impact and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Campaign Activation

  • Own the annual supplier campaign calendar — ensuring all activity is briefed, planned, and delivered on schedule.

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and the Trading Team to gather assets, approvals, and campaign requirements.

  • Coordinate digital depot takeovers, including screen updates, website banners, supplier content, and promotions.

  • Oversee supplier advertising placements across promotional brochures, POS, and printed materials in partnership with printers.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to shape campaign messaging, straplines, and creative direction.

Depot & Digital Execution

  • Share weekly campaign briefs and activity updates with depots to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Support depot activations, ensuring screens, POS, and event branding are implemented correctly and consistently.

  • Coordinate weekly Spin-to-Win campaigns and ensure full execution across participating depots.

  • Gather campaign evidence through depot photos, performance feedback, and retailer activation examples.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce campaign wrap-ups and supplier engagement reports, showcasing visuals, reach, performance, and key insights.

  • Maintain organised campaign documentation, including briefs, trackers, approval logs, and reporting files.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with the Marketing Executive to ensure creative output aligns with supplier objectives and brand standards.

  • Work closely with depots and the Retail Team to maximise in-market visibility and campaign impact.

  • Support the eCommerce & Marketing Director with supplier communications, presentations, and performance reviews.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in trade marketing, campaign coordination, or supplier activation (FMCG or wholesale experience preferred).

  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and strong at juggling multiple deadlines and priorities.

  • Excellent communicator with confidence managing supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.

  • Comfortable using digital content tools and systems, with a good understanding of campaign workflows.

  • Commercially minded, results-driven, and proactive — always looking for ways to enhance execution and effectiveness.
