VACANCY: Marketing Executive
We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to help shape standout brand experiences across wholesale depots, retail symbol groups, and digital platforms. In this role, you’ll take the lead on customer communications, creative direction, and social media strategy with consistent, engaging content that delivers real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Brand Activation
- Develop eye-catching templates, themes, straplines, and messaging for trade brochures, seasonal events, and supplier takeovers.
- Lead creative development with external designers and print partners, ensuring high-quality layouts, POS, and promotional artwork.
- Produce light in-house assets as needed — including digital flyers, banners, trade booklets, and social content.
- Champion brand consistency across all outputs, ensuring regional variations stay aligned and on-brand.
Digital & Social Media
- Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Plan and deliver seasonal social campaigns, competitions, and giveaways that boost engagement and reach.
- Create and distribute weekly WhatsApp newsletters and trade updates to customers.
- Supply symbol group retailers (Day-Today and usave) with ready-to-use social content packs and seasonal marketing assets.
Campaign Support & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with the Marketing Activation Executive to transform campaign briefs into compelling creative concepts and messaging.
- Work closely with the Retail Team to deliver POS, deal books, and in-store activation packs for symbol group retailers.
- Support both depot and digital campaigns with strong creative direction and visually engaging content.
- Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth approvals and timely production.
Reporting & Administration
- Track social and digital performance, providing monthly engagement reports and insights to inform future activity.
- Maintain organised internal image libraries and ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up to date.
Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, design, or campaign coordination (experience within FMCG, wholesale, or retail is a bonus, not a must).
- Creative toolkit: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Pro, with an eye for strong visual storytelling.
- A natural communicator with excellent copywriting skills and the ability to turn ideas into compelling content.
- Organised, detail-driven, and proactive—comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- Confident collaborator, capable of briefing suppliers, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality work.
